PB and/or Description: A shortish young man with glasses, black hair, dark skin, and green eyes. He generally wears green turtlenecks of odd designs, and usually looks like he's annoyed by something. He is not a very friendly looking kid, let's say that. He also wears a black band around his neck, but he keeps it very hidden.
Personality: Snobbish and arrogant, though he tends to keep a lot of that to himself until he's riled up. He feels like he has some issue or another stored away from first impressions, but most people who have met him casually would say he's honestly a jerk. His selfishness is pretty apparent, but he also has a bit of a perfectionist complex, and will berate himself if he doesn't perform to his expectations when he takes something seriously-- in fact, the only way for him to avoid having a breakdown everytime he messes something up is to tell himself that he didn't take something seriously, so it doesn't count.

Needless to say, he does not take a lot of things that seriously.

Otherwise, he seems intensely secretive. He doesn't say anything about himself. About his family. About his past. In fact, he even avoids giving his name wherever possible, opting to use his so-called stage name/alias, "Garum", named for the Vassal of the Monarch. He's resistant to anyone digging in about it, and isn't afraid to retaliate if he feels like someone's over-stepping their boundaries.

He does have one soft spot though: He has a close tie to a woman who goes by the name of "Mithra", whom he claims to be his aunt.
History: Honestly, this one is a bit of a mystery. He showed up some months ago at the LDS school in Domino, and was registered for the Fusion course classes, but he's kept about everything about himself to, well, himself.

One could surmise though, from the bits of information gleaned about his personal life, is that he was raised with very high expectations in a family that had already felt disappointment from one sibling. And that while this did develop into some issues, he actually embraced it, throwing himself into it with the belief that he is absolutely able to meet those expectations. He has a mother and a father, and supposedly a sibling as well... at least, we think so.
Abilities: Air current control, specifically focused on creating storms, including small, concentrated storms and weather effects.
